Today it was "only" 26 degrees (79 F), and found myself wearing a long-sleeved shirt and feeling quite chilled throughout the day. After a day in the cold, I took a hot shower and I am now cuddled under a down quilt..... weird, I know.
I guess that after days of 35-40 degrees (95-104 F), my body is either adjusting or confused.
