Tom Yum

Mrs. Chinshran, known as Ting, heard from Bam how much I love Tom Yum soup.  

So, on Sunday night, she decided to give me a Tom Yom lesson.  I was surprised how easy it was to mix everything together.  

I think the hard part will be both finding and then preparing all the vegetables when I am back in Chicago.  However, I think I will be able to do it, which is really exciting!!

Fingers crossed that I can made this at home... it would help make winter seem a little less cold with some warm tom yum.  If not, I can always walk the few blocks to my favorite Chicago Thai restaurant.
